Virginia county officials conspired to protect transgender sexual predator
Loudoun County, Virginia school and county officials over the past summer and fall have been working together along with activists to cover-up the fallout from a transgender policy that resulted in students being raped.
On May 28, a boy wearing a skirt reportedly walked into a girls’ bathroom at Stone Bridge High School where he sexually assaulted a ninth-grade girl. The Daily Wire reported that the boy was charge with two counts of forcible sodomy along with one count of forcible fellatio and one count of anal sodomy.
Scott Smith, the father of the girl who was raped, went to the school board meeting on June 22. Parents showed up in droves to protest the transgender bathroom policy but school officials shutdown the meeting for being an “unlawful assembly.”
Smith was arrested at the meeting after a left-wing activist harassed him and a heated exchange ensued. A police officer pulled on Smith’s arm and after Smith responded by tearing himself away, he was tackled by police, hit, and put under arrest. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
Rather than letting the misdemeanor charge be dropped, Buta Biberaj, the county prosector and a radical leftist who was elected by George Soros’s money, decided to personally show up to court at Smith’s trial date and make sure he was put behind bars. Biberaj has personally connections to the liberal members of the school board. Her decisions to involve herself in the case was made more egregious by the fact she had promised not to pursue charges for minor offenses.
Ultimately, Smith was kept from speaking before the school board on the policy and school board members along with left-wing activists were successful in making sure the transgender policy stayed in place.
Then on October 6, another rape reportedly occurred in the school district by the same transgender sexual predator. Police said the boy kidnapped a girl and sexually assaulted her.
Meanwhile, Smith is awaiting a conviction on October 14. He is the only individual that Loudon county officials have held responsible surrounding the sexual assault incidents is Smith for protesting too loudly.
In fallout from the incident, the National School Boards Association has called for the Biden administration to use the Patriot Act against parents lawfully protesting against school boards across the country over issues like transgender policy and Critical Race Theory. The NSBA has cited incidents like Smith to claim that parents are engaged in “domestic terrorism.”
The Biden administration has responded by saying they will use the FBI to investigate such incidents.
